Before you email about a broken download
Most failures come down to one of nine things, and the fixes are already written up in why your Threads download isn't working. Worth two minutes before sending a message.
If it's still failing, include:
- The Threads post link you tried
- What you saw (the exact error message, if there was one)
- Your device and browser
That's usually enough to identify it straight away.
Copyright and removal requests
This site hosts no Threads content. Files are retrieved from Meta's servers when you request them and are not stored here. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm this is accurate for your implementation. If you cache anything at all, even briefly, this wording needs changing.]
If you believe the tool is being used to infringe your work, email the address above with details of the content and your relationship to it. For content hosted on Threads itself, report it to Meta directly, since that's where it lives.
